Plus, I was diagnosed with spondylolisthesis (bilateral fracture in the spine and some shifting of the vertebral body) while a junior in college so I’ve lived it myself! I see a ton of youth athletes with a variety of injuries. This topic is a bit more personal because of what do on a daily basis.
